Overview of Patent Registration

A patent is a legal right granted by the Government that allows an individual or a company to exclusively manufacture, use, sell, or import an invention for a specified period.

Governed by the Patents Act, 1970, it provides a legal monopoly for 20 years, after which the technical know-how falls into the public domain. Our experts handle the complex workflow ensuring your innovations are shielded legally.
